All our rooms are generous and set out for double occupancy, so when booking single occupancy you will have the benefit of extra space.
Our beds are King Size, double and twin. The rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated, combining both traditional and contemporary styles. All have tea and coffee making facilities, a remote controlled colour TV and individual heating controls for your own comfort.
All showers are power showers, and the bath is deep and ideal for a nice relaxing soak. All en-suites are fully tiled and tastefully decorated.
Fluffy white towels are provided, and additional toiletries are available on request. A guest information folder is in each room and gives general housekeeping information, along with local knowledge of the area and what's on in and around North Norfolk.
Binoculars are provided in the rooms to ensure you don't miss any of the exciting views and landmarks that can be seen from the guest house.

We operate a minimum 2 night stay during high season (June, July August and September) and also Bank Holidays. Saturday night can be booked with either a Friday or Sunday night.
